All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Method & Rates

We offer free Express shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after processing, though transit times may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are unable to redirect packages once they've shipped. Nelvée is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we package every order with care, transit delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
