Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, regardless of whether the product has been opened or used.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
That said, your happiness matters to us. If your Nelvée product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll happily send a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Issues
If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, reach out and we'll work with you to make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified only before they have shipped. Once an order is marked as fulfilled, it cannot be changed or canceled.
