Return and Refund Policy
What is our return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Nelvee purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.)
Also, If we made a mistake or a defective item snuck through our quality control, please contact us and we’ll send a replacement straight away, and include your return label in the substitute package.
Do we offer Free Returns/Exchanges?
Yes, We offer free Returns & Exchanges.
How do I submit a return request?
1) Submit your return request via our dedicated returns and exchanges email at: returns@nelvee.com
2) Our returns team will contact you within 24 hours. You will receive a free return shipping label to affix to our reusable packaging (or comparable)) and mail it back.
3) Your return/exchange request will be processed within 2 business days of our receipt of your return package.
What happens next:
Customers returning goods will receive an email confirming receipt of your return package. From there, it can take up to 7 business days for funds to appear in their account.
Customers exchanging goods will receive a new order confirmation email for your replacement item as soon as we receive your return package. We’ll then send a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your replacement item(s) ship.
When will I get my refund?
We usually issue a refund within 4 days of receiving and inspecting the product, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 days.
Please note that we only issue refunds using your original payment method.
